In light of this, we have structured our office hours to enable you to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. If you must re-schedule an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of 48-hour notice, since changes in the schedule affect other patients as well as our staff. If you cancel within less than 48 hours of the your appointment a cancellation fee will be applied to your account.
