Appointment Information and Hours

At Finger Lakes Dental Care we are fully aware of the hectic demands on your time. In light of this, we have structured our office hours to enable you to schedule an appointment at a convenient time.

An appointment is an agreement between you and our office. If you must re-schedule an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of 48-hour notice, since changes in the schedule affect other patients as well as our staff. If you cancel within less than 48 hours of the your appointment a cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

Monday – 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
Tuesday – 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday and Friday – 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

We do not want finances to be a barrier in receiving treatment. To help reduce or eliminate those barriers we:

Accept most insurance plans and union dental plans
Are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield
Submit all insurance paperwork for our patients
Accept flexible spending debit/credit cards
Accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover
Give discounts for full payment
Offer interest-free financing up to 18 months
Offer low interest financing for up to 84 months
